3. Duplicate Payments

If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical issue, users must notify us within 7 days of the transaction. Upon verification, we may process a refund for the excess charge. Requests should be submitted to support@yellowpages-india.in with proof of payment. If refunds are approved, then it will provided to your originals payment method within 30 days

4. Unauthorized Transactions

If an unauthorized payment is detected, users should report the issue to their bank and contact us immediately. While we will review the claim, the final decision on refunds remains at our sole discretion.

5. Dispute Resolution

All disputes related to payments or services must be reported to YellowPages-India.in within 15 days of the transaction. We will review the issue and attempt to provide a fair resolution. However, the final decision will be at our discretion, and no legal claims or suits may be initiated against YellowPages-India.in regarding refund matters.
